Shipping terms
All orders are shipped with Fedex/USPS 1-5 business day mail to the 48 contiguous states, including Washington, DC. The non-contiguous states and territories are as follows: Alaska (A.K.), American Samoa (AS), Federated States of Micronesia (F.M.), Guam (G.U.), Hawaii (H.I.), Marshall Islands (M.H.), Northern Mariana Islands (M.P.), Palau (P.W.), Puerto Rico (P.R.), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), Armed Forces Americas (A.A.), Armed Forces Europe (A.E.), and Armed Forces Pacific (A.P.). These territories may be subject to additional shipping time.
Business days are Monday through Friday, except for scheduled U.S. Holidays: New Year's Eve, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.
OEM RDC is not liable for incoming or outgoing damaged or lost parcels. Shipping carrier insurance can be purchased upon request. Always make sure to check your address before submitting payment.
Combined shipping / multiple item orders
We will combine items into one package when multiple orders have been placed. For large orders exceeding more than 25 lbs, we may split the order into multiple boxes.
If we are shipping items to several different addresses, we recommend contacting us to confirm that your items are shipped to the correct addresses and not combined into one single package. Orders that are broken up into several packages may require an additional payment.
Standard handling time
We strive to fulfill all of our repair orders within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). If an issue arises during the repair process requiring the customer's attention, the order may be subject to an additional processing time outside the 24-hour turnaround. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of us receiving your item(s) Monday-Friday.
Same day turnaround handling time
If you require an even faster turnaround, select "Same Day Turnaround" and we will prioritize your order to be completed within 12 hours of us receiving your item(s). Please note: We must receive your shipment before 12 PM EST Monday - Friday. We highly recommend selecting morning delivery with your shipping carrier to ensure we receive your shipment before 12 EST. Orders received after 12 PM EST are not guaranteed to be fulfilled on the same day. If an issue arises during the repair process requiring the customer's attention, the order may be subject to an additional processing time outside the 12-hour turnaround.
Where to ship:
Once you've prepaid for your repair service, you will receive an email confirmation with your order. Please print the receipt and include it inside the box with your item(s). Please note: your repair order may be delayed if no order information is included inside the box. Carefully pack your items and ship it to our Agawam repair facility located at:
