Of course! As long as we have your items delivered to us before 12pm EST and "same day turnaround" was selected during checkout then we will be able to complete and ship out your repair order the same day. This service excludes weekends and holidays.

We do not repair airbags, those must be purchased from an authorized seller or dealer.
We have a standard 24 hour turnaround on all of our repairs, excluding holidays and weekends. If there is a non-payment hold on your order, there may be delays in shipping. We also offer a same day turn around time for an additional charge. This option must be selected during checkout and parcels MUST BE received by us before 12pm EST.

- Once payment is processed please check your email for the order receipt. Print out the receipt and include it inside the box with your items.

If you have any questions about placing an order, please reach out to us via chat, phone, or email.
You do not need to include any hardware (bolts, nuts, washers, trim pieces, etc.) in the box. These are not necessary for the repair. We ask that you hold onto those to minimize the chance of them getting lost or damaged in transit.
We do not provide shipping labels for you to ship your parts to us. This is something you would have to handle with a shipping carrier online, or at their local office.
Yes, this is acceptable. If you don’t have access to a printer, you can include your contact information (name, phone number, address, email, along with the vehicle's YEAR, MAKE, and MODEL) inside of the box. If you placed the order online, please include the order confirmation number so we can locate your order when it arrives.
We ask that you include a copy of your order receipt inside the package. If there are any additional notes to add, please also include them.

We are able to carry out seat belt repairs and SRS module resets without the VIN. However, certain modules may require the VIN number to be programmed successfully. If this happens to be the case, we will reach out to you beforehand.
It is possible that the seat belt charge may deploy, but not fully engage the permanent locking mechanism. Your seat belt should still be sent in for a rebuild to properly function in any future collision.
The seat belt retractor is generally referred to the unit where all of the seat belt webbing rolls into. The buckle pre-tensioner is the female receptacle portion that receives the male insert tongue found on the seat belt webbing.
If your vehicle is equipped, an anchor pretensioner is located on the left side of the driver's seat and/or the right side of the passenger's seat (b-pillar). An anchor pretensioner is meant to hold down your waist in the event of a collision while the seat belt retractor is meant to hold down your upper body from pushing forwards. Both work in unison keeping your body snug to the seat.
A dual-stage seat belt will have two plugs (either both on the retractor reel OR one on the retractor reel and one on the anchor pre-tensioner).
A triple-stage seat belt will have a total of three plugs (two on the retractor reel, and one on the anchor pre-tensioner).

Yes, we will color match the new webbing to your old webbing.
The price is calculated by the amount of retractors you send in. Please note, a center lap belt will count as a single retractor. If your seat belts are from an older vehicle which has multiple center/connecting pieces please call in/message for a custom quote.
Yes, all of our webbing is certified to D.O.T. standards with a minimum tensile strength of 5,000lbs.
Even though a certain color/shade is not listed on the website, our team will be able to source it for you. We constantly get new stock so chances are we already have it in our inventory.
Yes, please add the "color match" service to your cart and we'll do our best to match your new webbing to the original color.
